Off Lake is a smaller stained water lake which supports a healthy population of walleye, northern pike, crappie, perch, and smallmouth bass. The walleye average 15-18", with some topping out around 28".  They can be found along the many weed lines and can be caught all summer long. Lindy rigs and spinners are constant producers. The walleye fishing gets better as the summer goes on and the weed growth is full. The northern pike are abundant, with lots of 21-25" fish, although 40" pike are caught each year by the persistent anglers. The pike are constant action when casting the cabbage beds. The smallmouth bass run 13-16" on average with the bigger smallies pushing the 20" mark. The crappies in Off Lake are big and in good numbers. Most crappie run 12-15" on average with some topping out at 17". Perch are abundant and many jumbos can be caught. The structure varies from weedy bays to underwater rock bars and humps. With all the varieties of fish, it will keep every fisherman busy. It is an excellent small lake fishery with lots of variety and action.
 

At Off Lake we have three overnight housekeeping cabins available with most all the amenities of home. Our housekeeping cabins sleep 2-8 people and have 1-2 bedrooms. Both of our larger cabins have screened in porches as well.  All of the cabins are equipped with the following.

Excellent accommodations at an affordable rate. A great alternative to staying in town at a hotel or motel, when you could jump start your Canadian fly-in outpost fishing trip by staying at the lake.
